#NMMC announce #Property #Tax Abhay Yojana 2020-21. (#Amnesty #Scheme)
The benefit of Abhay Yojana will be available to the property tax arrears for a period of *two months from 15th December 2020 to 15th February 2021. This is a lucrative scheme for arrears with a rebate of up to 75% on the penalty amount of arrears of property tax. In the period of two months declared in it, if the arrears citizen pays the entire arrears of property tax plus 25% penalty amount, his 75% penalty amount will be waived. They will have to pay this amount at once. Therefore, citizens are urged to avail the benefits of this scheme by paying the amount till 31st December without waiting till 15th February.
Applications for availing Abhay Yojana will be available on the NMMC website as well as at all 8 Divisional Offices and Affiliate Payment Centers. Also for payment under the scheme, there will be a facility to pay the amount through cash/ cheque at the Municipal Headquarters, all the 8 Divisional Offices as well as the attached payment centers. Apart from this, a special link of Abhay Yojana will be given on the NMMC website as well as on the mobile app NMMC e-connect.
