Senior citizens are the heart of every community, and ensuring their comfort, safety, and access to well-maintained spaces is essential. For a long time, residents of Sector 8 had been requesting repairs at the NMMC Senior Citizens Club, a place they use daily for meetings, activities, and social bonding.
Acting on these longstanding demands, Divya Vaibhav Gaikwad coordinated with NMMC officials, and today, the much-needed repair work has finally commenced. The upgrades will create a more welcoming and functional environment for elders to spend quality time and engage in community activities.
Divya Gaikwad expressed gratitude to NMMC for responding positively and reaffirmed her commitment to prioritizing the welfare and comfort of senior citizens in the ward.
