It is a moment of immense pride and satisfaction for Divya Vaibhav Gaikwad to share that the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Smriti Bhavan (Community Centre) at Sector 3, Vashi—located beside the Vashi Police Station—has been officially inaugurated on 30/05/2023 by Hon. Chief Minister Shri Eknath Shinde ji during the Wonders Park function at Nerul.
This milestone is the result of continuous follow-up and dedicated efforts initiated during her tenure as Corporator. The modern Ground + 4 floor multipurpose community building was conceptualized and pushed forward under her leadership to meet the growing needs of the residents.
The naming of the building as Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Smriti Bhavan reflects the heartfelt demand of the citizens, honouring the legacy of the great social reformer.
The Bhavan will soon be opened for public use by NMMC, providing a much-needed space for cultural activities, community gatherings, educational programs, and social events.
