Frequent electricity failures have caused inconvenience and safety concerns for residents across Sectors 1 to 8 in Vashi. To address these issues, Divya Vaibhav Gaikwad held a meeting today with MSEDCL Superintendent Engineer R. B. Mane and other officials, accompanied by local residents who shared their experiences and concerns.
The discussion covered recurring power cuts, maintenance lapses, and issues related to junction boxes, transformer rooms, and underground cables. MSEDCL officials assured the delegation that corrective measures would be taken immediately and that efforts would be streamlined to prevent repeated outages.
Divya Gaikwad emphasized the importance of reliable electricity supply for households, businesses, and public safety, and thanked the officials for their assurance of timely action. Continuous follow-ups will be maintained until the issues are fully resolved.
